Challenger 300 Captain (WI) 1/16

Wisconsin based Part 91 operation is hiring a Challenger 300 Captain. Primary responsibilities include:

  • File proper flight plans, obtain weather reports, and check NOTAMS
  • Ensure the aircraft is clean and properly supplied before each flight
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight flight crew briefing with all appropriate crew members to ensure that the aircraft status, trip weather, applicable airports, trip routing and passenger requirements have been discussed and reviewed
  • Ensure all passengers are listed on the manifest and that each destination location is confirmed for accuracy with lead passenger
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight inspection of aircraft to ensure aircraft is airworthy prior to acceptance for flight
  • Communicate with air traffic control prior to take-off and during fight and landing
  • Ensure changes to trip itinerary, such as delays or early arrivals, are communicated promptly to the necessary individuals
  • Communicate all appropriate aircraft maintenance discrepancies to department maintenance personnel for effective troubleshooting and repair
  • Complete all required trip paperwork in accordance with department policy and procedures
  • Supervise fueling, loading, and appropriate servicing of aircraft
  • Complete any additional assignments or responsibilities as required

Requirements include

  • Challenger 300 type rating, preferred but not required to be considered for this position
  • Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
  • No FAA Violations, suspensions or current investigations
  • 5,000 Total Time
  • 4,000 PIC, 2000 PIC multi
  • Thorough working knowledge of FAA/ICAO/TSA Regulations, Air Traffic Control Procedures, meteorology, and navigation
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Chief Pilot (Northeastern US) 1/8

Established Part 91 Corporate flight department based in the Northeast is accepting resumes from qualified applicants for a Chief Pilot position. Citation XLS Pilot (Indonesia) 1/7

A client is looking for an experienced Citation XLS typed rated crew member for the next six months. The location is Jakarta, Indonesia (WIHH). The minimum requirements are:

  • Citation 560XL typed (CE560XL)
  • FAA/EASA ATP certificate with Airplane Multiengine Land
  • Instructor rated (CFI- A, I and ME)
  • Current First Class Medical – will need a current medical upon departing
  • Minimum 3000 logged flying time, 2000 hours (PIC) in Multiengine Airplanes, 1000 hours (PIC) in Turbofan Airplanes and 500 PIC hours in Citation XLS (preferred 1000 PIC)
  • FAR 61.58 in the Citation CE560XL within the past six months
  • Current Passport valid for a minimum of twelve months and have a minimum of four pages remaining on the passport

Corporate Pilot (AL) 12/23

Part 91 Corporate Flight Department based in Birmingham, AL, is looking for a SIC to join our operation of a G200. The individual must be flexible and willing to work in an on-demand environment. The applicant must be loyal, dependable, reliable and self-motivated. Exhibit superior pilot skills, customer service and communication skills, and demonstrate integrity and professional work ethic. Position is full time. Benefits include medical, dental, 401K, vacation, relocation package.

Reporting to the Chief Pilot, this position requires a dependable, adaptable, ethical individual willing to contribute to all facets of the flight department functions. In addition to flight responsibilities, duties include flight planning, airport/FBO selections, customer service details, vendor interactions/negotiating, creating/submitting reports, writing/maintaining manuals, developing/improving processes. The candidate must possess strong CRM skills and attention to customer service. Schedule supports company flight needs and is variable.

  • Must present a team effort approach with great interpersonal skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Must be proactive, efficient, with the ability to seek out answers and resources as needed.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules, willing to travel extensively and without restriction
  • Must be able to lift bags in excess of 40 pounds
  • Must be able to handle the job responsibilities with integrity, discretion and sensitivity to confidential company and employee information

Duties of the SIC - Assist the PIC during all phases of flight in accordance with company procedures. Completion of duties as assigned by the pilot-in-command. Ensure that manuals and charts are on board the aircraft. Maintain clean, stocked aircraft and workplace. Organize catering and other customer specific items are on board the aircraft. Foster safe and professional environment. Comply with all policies and procedures as directed by the chief pilot. Complete required training in a timely manner. Provide exceptional customer service. Develop the leadership skills, knowledge, judgment and technical ability required of a PIC. Other duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot.

Minimum Requirements:

  • ATP with multi-engine rating and at least one type rating in a Business Jet Aircraft
  • 3000 TT (Fixed Wing)
  • 1000 turbojet
  • 500 turbojet PIC
  • IAI type experience (G100, G150, G200) preferred, but not required
  • Current FAA first class medical
  • Valid U.S. Passport
  • Clean FAA/DOT/DOJ records
  • Must be able to pass a criminal and credit check, a 10 year background check, and pre-employment DOT mandated drug screen/PRIA (Pilot Records Improvement Act) record check
  • Experience in 2 crew operations utilizing the concepts of CRM Automated Cockpit EFIS and FMS
  • Minimum 5 years corporate Aviation experience, Part 91
  • Minimum two year college degree

Travel and Work Requirements - Extensive domestic and some international travel. Work schedule varied dependent on flight schedule. Work weekends and company holidays. Must be willing to relocate to within one hour of BHM Airport
